1.3 We reserve the right to update, change or replace any parts of these terms and conditions.  Any such changes will be updated on this website and it is your responsibility to check for changes from time to time.

1.4 Order of goods will be deemed as conclusive evidence of your acceptance as buyer, of these terms and conditions and of your agreement that all information given by Mud ‘n Lace is accurate and thorough.

1.5 The conditions do not affect the rights that you may have under any relevant statuary law.  These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as consumer.

1.6 These terms and conditions, in addition to any contract entered into pursuant to these terms and conditions, are subject to Maltese law.

1.7 The Courts of Malta shall have sole jurisdiction for any dispute relating to the Sale and/or the application of these terms and conditions.

2. TERMS OF USE OF THIS WEBSITE

2.1 By using this website you declare that you are 18 years old or older.  Persons under 18 years of age can only use this site in agreement and / or under the observation of a parent or guardian.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse and / or limit any order placed with us.  We may do so at our own discretion. We will make all attempts to inform you of this via the email address that you would have provided when placing your order.  By providing your email address you are agreeing that this can be used by us to communicate with you as necessary.

When registering or placing an order, you are responsible to provide information about yourself and your credit / debit card that is true and complete.  Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.

2.3 The use of a password and username are required for certain actions in this website.  You are responsible to keep these safe and not to allow third persons to know or use them.  You are also responsible for any and all action taken under your username and password.  

2.4 By purchasing goods from this website you agree that all items are for your personal use and not for resale.

2.5 The subtitles used in this agreement are for guidance only and will in no way limit or affect these conditions.

3.1 Mud ‘n Lace takes Data Protection very seriously and the processing of personal data, such as name, address, email address or telephone number of an individual,  will  always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  

3.2 Personal data is collected from you when you register on this site and /or make a purchase on the Mud ‘n Lace website.  Other data, such as Browser types and versions, operating systems used, date and time of access, IP address, may be collected by our web hosting provider through their server logs.  This data is not used to derive any conclusions about the date subject but rather to enable us to deliver the best level of service for our customers.  

3.3 Personal data may also be used to contact you and offer new services and / or offers from time to time.  However, such subscriptions will require a separate consent from you.

6.1 We make every effort to be correct, accurate and thorough, both in the site content and in our service.  However errors sometimes do occur and we reserve the right to correct any such errors and to contact you if these in any way affect your use of the website.

Please note that whilst we take every effort to ensure that the product information and colour reproduction displayed on our website is correct, the limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation.  Although we take all measures to ensure that descriptions are accurate, some specifications might change.

6.2 All orders for products are subject to availability.  We cannot guarantee 100% stock available at all times.  Certain sections of the Mud ‘n Lace site may be limited in colours, style and size if these products have been marked down.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

7.1 Payments are accepted by credit /debit card or via PayPal.

7.2 Credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  

7.3 Prices include 18% VAT where applicable.

8. OFFERS

8.1 Any offers / discounts cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other offer.

8.2 Offers are valid within the stated dates and / or until stock lasts.

8.3 Discounts / offers may be terminated by Mud ‘n Lace at any time.

8.4 Goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.

8.5 The prices quoted are those at the time of production.  Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including changes to VAT.

9.1 These Terms and Conditions may be reviewed, updated and changed by us from time to time.  We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to make such changes to our Terms and Conditions by posting these on the website.
